You will need

Heartsease Farm Elderflower Presse – 70ml

Lemon juice -25 ml

Vodka of choice – 40ml

Ice

Garnish with lemon or a flower of choice (Optional)

Method

1. Add ice, vodka and lemon juice to a shaker.

2. Shake Vigorously

3. Pour into a martini glass and top with Heartsease farm Elderflower Presse

4. Garnish with lemon or flower of choice.
