Delivery Schedule

Easter delivery schedule: 

Palletways service (orders under 12 pallets): 

Standard delivery schedule: 

Unless otherwise stated your order will be processed for delivery as below, our haulier will be in touch the day before to book in the delivery. If you require a timed delivery please state at the time of ordering and include any references as required, this may incur an extra charge.  

Next day delivery: 

Orders must be received by 10 am day one for delivery day two, this service costs an extra £12 per pallet. We cannot offer a booking service on this, if you need a time please state this on your order. 

Direct Load service (orders 12 pallets and over):

Anything over 12 pallets (up to a full load of 26) will be despatched on a vehicle from ourselves for delivery direct into your depot. Please allow an extra day for this service in order for us to arrange our haulage. Direct deliveries will be booked in with you and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Exceptions: 

Due to the distance away from ourselves there are certain postcodes where the normal leadtime is unattainable. Please allow extra days as per the below to avoid any disappointment. 

If your delivery post code prefix is one of the below please add one day to the normal lead time 

AB, BT, GY, IV, JE, PA, PH, TR

If your delivery post code prefix is one of the below please add two days to the normal lead time

HS,KA, KW, ZE, Southern Ireland

Bank Holidays & weekends:

Our office is closed on weekends and bank holidays and we do not provide a delivery service on these days therefore please allow for this. Our winter delivery schedule will be issued prior to Christmas each year.
