Terms and Conditions of Promotion:

01. It is necessary to purchase a bottle of Aqua 50 in order to participate in this promotion.

02. Winning entries are identified on the reverse of label.

03. The address for entry is clearly stated on all promotional labels and also on posters supporting the promotion.

04. Closing date for receipt of claims will be 31 July 2009

05. There will be a total of 5060 prizes available to be won : Electric Guitars with amps, Ipod® Nanos™, and thousands of other rocking prizes.

06. There will be no cash alternatives to prizes.

07. Promotion is limited to Great Britain.

08. If under 16 you may require  parental/guardian’s consent before accepting a prize.

09. Employees and their immediate families of Radnor Hills, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from participating.

10. Prize winners will receive confirmation of their prize together with prize delivery within 6 weeks of their claim.

11. Prizes will be drawn at random under independent supervision in  5 consecutive monthly draws, on the first day of each month starting 1 April 2009. Participants will be entered into the next available draw after receipt of their entry.   The top prizes per month will be allocated to the first entrants drawn.

12. Radnor Hills will not be responsible for lost, delayed or damaged entries. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

13. Winners’ names and counties will be available on application in writing to Radnor Hills Ltd, Heartsease, Knighton, Powys LD7 1LU
